Paint stripe gun. It looks like the feed lines are mostly cropped out of the picture in the bottom of the hilt/butt of the handle.

That's an air line, it's an air powered tool. The hole is the exhaust.

Yeah, Gravdigr's answer sounded cromulent when I read it. That black rubber bushing looks like it would flex when the head oscillates. No idea what it could be used for except that bubble removing thing.

The prong thing would vibrate like crazy. Maybe it's a meat tenderizer or a leather distressing machine.

I think grav was onto it, vibrating something like concrete to debubble and settle it.

There *is* a clue in the picture.

I see a couple leaves. Is it an almond harvester? Stick that thing against a branch and vibrate the almonds loose?
