Jeez Pooka, what a slacker. You left out World Peace and find a cure for cancer.
And #2 will probably lead naturally to #2a.

I'm keeping it simple this year...to be the best person I can be.

That is a very witchy thing to do. And Magic works. ;)

I didn't really make a resolution, but I have already begun the change I want to make by leaving my significant other. We still see other, often, but not really in the same way. It's weird. Also, I am really going to focus on getting my health back on track. I am going to try to not waste so much time.

Hmmm in no particular order:

* try to get some kind of sustainable work pattern going
* watch less tv
* stop smoking at some point during the next few weeks
* drink less
* Start caring about my job (councillor) again. The last year battered my enthusiasm and I've been doing the bare minimum for months.
* try not to fuck up my degree
* try to think about what I am saying, as I am saying it and not at 3 am when i am berating myself for foot in mouth syndrome.

I quit making them years ago.

Its not that I couldn't keep them - I couldn't remember them.

Despite my usual position on resolutions, I've been considering "not letting this shit get to me."

It worked okay earlier this evening when there was too much going on at one time and I had a really irritating patient.

I resolve not to post so many naked pix of myself

I've made a few for the first time in several years. One is to work harder at my mentalism studies. The others are important to me, so I can't tell anyone else about them. Kinda like a birthday wish, you know?

Good luck with that lot, Pooka, especially no 3 which resonates for me.
And Dana - good luck too! For me it's pointless net-surfing that I need to cut down on. Devising a work schedule that brings some income would be good, for me!
My resolution is to get to the swimming pool 3 times a week (I was going twice a week til just before Christmas) - should be achievable as I can do it before one of my jobs Tues, Wednesday and Thursday.
I wouldn't mind achieving Pooka's no 3 but I don't know how (perhaps I'll just write a tune with that name, instead!).
