I work in the FA racket in higher ed.

I spend the bulk of my time wondering why my computer is such a piece of crap, and why the droopy systems people can't make the system work for us. :lol:

When I made my first move up at my old job, the IT guy assigned to the federal stuff was so relieved...the person before me was a moron, and liked the boys' attention.

I still party with my IT buddies from my old job. In fact, I went to their Christmas party this year.

I'm a consultant to a big company currently in a boat load of trouble. I design and build data, financial and accounting applications for them using MS Access, Excel and Word.

Like everyone else I worry about my job not being there tomorrow.

YMMV... in my experience women who like the boys' attention don't really, if the boys in question are from IT.

I suck- full time job. lol!
