30inches is not the important measurement ;)

I think I've seen paradise. Or is that . . . pair o' dice?

I thought they closed that up last year...

Beyond
The rim of the star-light
My love
Is wand'ring in star-flight
I know
He'll find in star-clustered reaches
Love,
Strange love a star woman teaches.
I know
His journey ends never
His star trek
Will go on forever.
But tell him
While he wanders his starry sea
Remember, remember me.

"Theme from STAR TREK"
Lyrics by Gene Roddenberry (1966)
Music by Alexander Courage
Roddenberry wrote these lyrics that were never used, but he grabbed half the royalties... dickhead.

How very charming... the little woman sits at home and pines, knowing her love is off boffing any sentient aliens her can find.

Yeah...but he's learning strange love...the kind only star women know...probably involving green skin and a few tentacles.

I don't think sentience was really a requirement...just big tits, and the more of them, the better.

You're making the assumption that's a womans lament. There were women on the Enterprise also. ;)

Yup. And some of the men wore miniskirt dresses (ST:TNG).

They're going places like Uranus, that no Sheldon has gone before? :whofart:

I tried matching the lyrics to the music but I couldn't get it. I wonder if there's a Youtube of someone singing it.

Update: Ok, you can now officially find anything on the Internet.

BTW, in this version the he is replaced with she.

After learning the lyrics, I used to sing along with the theme song on a regular basis. I'll try to serenade you the next time I'm over at your house.

It takes a heck of a vocal range to pull off.

And in return I promise to try to hold off the neighbors armed with pitchforks and torches.
