30 proof? The fridge requirement is probably just a COA precaution. might not last through a hot summer in the attic, but I'm sure it's drinkable. just cream, no eggs? you should be ok, you can smell sour milk easily over the booze.

You can sell bottles. They say the value must be in the bottle itself, not what's in the bottle. If it's full/sealed, buyer's bonus, yay!:D
