The perfect chicken for a KFC Buffet. There's a Pizza Hut and a Chinese Restaurant buffet here. The Chinese one is good, and they work hard to keep the dishes clean, filled, and varied.

I can't imagine a KFC buffet. That just sounds so amazing (in a very bad way).

The nice thing is, if you like chicken breast, you aren't buying ten legs to get one breast of chicken (extra crispy, please, in fact can you scrape some of that crispy skin that fell off the other pieces of chicken kthx.) You get your chicken breast, or two, and whatever sides you want.
