Pretty much anywhere along 422 corridor as far as Collegeville, an extended-range card will find you a few open networks (usually named "linksys"). Get yourself a directional antenna and a decent vantage point and you'll have no troubles at all.

If you pick up "snorknet", I run that one. It's encrypted though, so you have to do a bit of work to get into it.
