Yep, if you're anywhere West of a fire, the sky really is the color that it looks like on that weather map.

We're on a road trip. We're visiting Fort Columbia. Here's the view from our porch. The Columbia River is about 300 yards in the distance. You barely discern where the water defines the horizon.

Plenty of clouds. And no rain.

Y'all are ruining the West. Our trip to Western Canada last year had these kinds of views, not great.

Overcast today, so I don't see any smoke.
