the bucket lady ??

I had to look at a list of '60s sitcoms. Of the ones I watched, the only bit part I remembered looking anything like that was the character Mrs. Brown on My Favorite Martian and I had to look up that actresses name. Wild guess - Pamela Britton?
no, no
Is it Charlton Heston?
I Binged the photo. I didn't watch that show enough to have gotten it. I liked the theme song though. Good one!
Hint:
The show is "Green Acres". |
Oh, sure.
:D It's Barbara Pepper, otherwise known as Doris Ziffel, mother of Arnold Ziffel.

Young Hendrix?
Seconded.
That's Elvis before the onset of vitiligo, the skin disorder that also afflicted Michael Jackson, and before the subsequent plastic surgery of course.
It is Hendrix.
Rock history baby, Hendrix, left hand guitar, and a red Rocket 88.

This should be a piece of cake...
She loves rock n roll
I remember being impressed with her acting ability when I saw Light of Day 30 years ago. I figured she was going to really break into the movie business, but other than a little role here or there, she hasn't.
I imagine mainstream directors, studios, casting people, were worried it would be hard to manage her public image. That she might damage their project with things like wearing that shirt on the red carpet.

I saw her back in the early 80's and Lil Griff saw her recently. Still relevant!

Told ya I was lazy... |
According to google he's a Gentleman.
That black actor.
Oh you mean Denzel Washington
Nah, the other one.
You mean James Earl Jones?
Yeah, that one.

We got Alice Cooper on the right, but who's the hot chick he's talking to? You definitely know her, so come on. No cheating. |
Mrs Bunker?
Yes. Jean Stapleton. At around the same time she played the character
Shows you what a great actress she was That should have been more difficult! |
Granted a tremendous talent but that face is unique to me, I clicked on that at first glance. Maybe I had a secret thing for Edith. :haha:
Yeah. I came up with Edith before I could remember Alice Cooper's name. And I remembered his name in a second or so.
It must have been especially tough since Carroll O'Connor had a reputation for being an even bigger dipshit than Archie Bunker.
Probably made acting easier. You just act naturally in response to him.
This WiT was easier than I thought then!
Alice Cooper seems like a genuine and nice guy. After Glen Campbell passed, I heard him mention how they were great golf buddies. Alice Cooper... and Glen Campbell. Every week. Golfing. |
It makes sense after Alice explains it.

This shouldn't be too hard but I could be wrong. I was once in 1974. No I wasn't mistaken.

Sigourney Weaver

A young Israel Kamakawiwoʻole.
My instinct says it's someone fat--and that wide nose... I'mma say Mike Pompeo.
Kidding, he's too old. The pic looks to be from the 90s, so he'd be early 40s now. Let's go with actor Javier Bardem.
I was joking about Israel, but then I looked at pictures of him young, and other than his weight, he looked a lot like that guy
Wanna say it's a politician like Trudeau or Macron, but I can't quite place him.
No one's gotten it yet.
Not a politician.
I know, but I'll never tell.
I guess y'all might have to ask for help from one of your heroes. If you're not all wet.
Aquaman!
Close enough!
It's Jason Momoa. Momdigr and I saw a little Elvis in that boyish face.. |
