I'm wondering if this guy is one of our customers at work. I thought his face looked kind of familiar so I looked up his last name and we do have some Stilianos' on our books.

God there's some freaks out there with watertanks!

You can. The site is for the purpose of selling them. Google basically translates it as "who hasn't run into someone like this." Click on the third menu to enter a form.
