Why do people think it's a good idea to yell at a woman in labor? The whole 'push! push!' thing is a bit rich. What do they THINK she's doing, huh?

When I was in 2nd grade, my cat was run over and I rode with it in the back of the car to the vet. It had to be put to sleep and it was very traumatic. When I finally stopped crying a few days later, I went back to school. I told the nun what happened and said it was OK because mommy said Cinders would go to heaven.
