As I scrolled up the page, the image got brighter and the face jumped out at me. At first I thought it was dirt on my monitor.

They come in pairs, they're sometimes found in pants (but not this kind...), and these happen to be english.

I'm sure you can identify her leg. Her crotch is not in the frame, use your imagination. The silver metal object is a stirrup, like these. They came with a junior jumping saddle I picked up second hand the other day, on a whim.
