A tree fell on my house last Sunday leaving a 24 tile hole in the roof. The tenant who has been "unable to open mail, answer the phone, return texts or pay the rent because of depression" has found somewhere else to go, without any encouragement from me, the agent or the Residential Tenancies Tribunal, in the space of a week. :D

Yeah, I met some the other day....theyre not really my type....considering they have vaginas...I always get hit on by lesbians....if they door swings the same way as mine...sure there are enough men to go around.

Works going well, Ive basically been given free rein to make what changes I want...since they are a new business and I have been running the equivalent business for the past 15 months.

My co workers are a bit older than the ones at my old work....well...greater range...previous work average of 27 (from 19 - 48) and this place is more mid 30's and no silly girlie shit so far.

My tennants are in this weekend, Casi, so hopefully when I get paid this week I will only be paying rent...not mortgage as well.

If they dont pay I will be down there in a jiffy to pull down their power lines and cut their water.

So...this part is all going well.

I got a promotion in Feb, and have hired 5 more people...great team we have now. We are constantly in the top 3 of the national and I'm really proud of my team and myself for being a bitch when needed.

There's another BIG promotion on the horizon, which will mean leaving the current team and being their boss (along with 4 other places the same). It will also be a whole lot of travel on a daily basis - kids arent quite big enough for that and the boy is basically deployed for 3 months on, 1 month off for the next 12 months.

Looks like my Mum will be moving up here, which is soooo freaking awesome. I miss her heaps and I really miss my Dad - I cant do much about that one, but it makes me happy that Mum would like to be closer to me and the boys.
