The grey thing on the right reminds me of an uncooked turkey or chicken thigh. You can see the pores from the plucked feathers. What the red liquid is, must be some sort of bloody liquid.
Edit: grey thing on the left looks like an ice cube. Put it all together, and it doesn't make sense to me. |

Cool. I have no idea how to slaughter something properly. I guess you chill it right away as quickly as possible. I've hear fishing boats flash freeze their catch. I guess this is trying to get as close to that as is feasible on a small scale.
