In the spirit of fargons what are you wearing, a/s/l

Please do not answer, it is late and I am just being silly.

I have not seen a/s/l in at least three years.

elSicomoro 02-04-2006 09:39 AM

I just saw this for the first time while watching Dateline last night. They had the latest episode in their irregular series of Online Sex Predator Sting operations, part III. a/s/l figured into many of the chat logs that the stupid evil fuckers were presented with upon arrival at the house where the hoped for liason was to have taken place. Ewww.

I remember that from when I was 15... I didn't chat all that much though and certainly would never meet someone I met online.

I've met up with loads of people I've met online -I've traveled across America and stayed several days in the houses of people I've never "met" before. Always take the hubby and sprogs along too :) met hubby in the conventional way though.

Coming down to Florida panhandle this Easter to meet a few more. This time, though, We're staying with a friend's sister who we have met a couple of times and get on with famously :D

35/f/MI btw.

....probably the first time I ever answered that question. Used to get asked all the time when I played Global Combat (online Risk), but have no idea why they bothered asking as when people did reply, their answer was invariably 16/m/Nerdsville

elSicomoro 02-04-2006 05:38 PM

I met two of my gf's online...almost married both of them...not at the same time, mind you. I met my current gf (who will become Mrs. Sycamore sometime next year) at work, though...she was my boss 7 years ago.

so...you're engaged?

limey 02-05-2006 12:33 PM

I'd meet any dwellar who made it to my island.
I did the online dating thing for a while and met quite a few guys - did a couple of VERY rash things (and got away with them), but mostly followed the rules and found out that they either weren't right for me :headshake, or that they were but I wasn't right for them :sniff:. Or maybe not ... as that left me free to meet Someone Special

legal /as often as possible/right here!

Monster - practice this phrase before you say "I do"...
"You, baby, are the boss of me."
and then have your betrothed practice saying the same.
That is the key to a happy marriage.

sycamore's the one getting married -not me! I've already served 12 years!

FallenFairy 02-09-2006 07:00 AM

Opps sorry - absolutely not enough coffee yesterday -
Sycamore - YOU practice.
Monster - congrats!

Sundae 02-09-2006 07:24 AM

Sorry, I still don't get "l" from the answers given. I thought I had it, but they are too varied to make sense to me....

I've never come across this question before - have I been haging out in the wrong places, or am I just not enticing enough to ask?!

busterb 02-09-2006 07:29 AM

Age, Sex, Location

Sundae 02-09-2006 07:36 AM

Thank you. Now remember that US states are abbreviated to 2 letters

Well, mainly I ment when I was 15. Now that I am older as long as I had a buddy with me I wouldn't mind so much.

I love it. I miss Philadelphia a lot, but I'm glad to be back home. I'm working on my Masters right now, and will be done with that next spring. Then there's a wedding to plan and a house to buy. Not sure which order that's all gonna go in...probably the order I just listed. :)
