The Island
 

i want to move to an uninhabited island. large enough to be able to dig about 15ft down without hitting water live underground grow my own crops and raise my own animals.

My problem with an island is that shit has to go somewhere. If you live atop a mountain the shit rolls down the hill :)

well i dont want to have any packaged anything...i want to grow my own food and anything i dont use i can burry or send out to sea....or burn...the only packaged thing i would like is newports...100s preferably. i would have to have somebody on a mainland somewhere that i could set some kind of agreement up with. other than that before i go i would need to buy some solar panals i wouldnt want the noise of a generator. but isnt every land own by somebody. hopefully they wouldnt figure i out i was living there. another grand idea is the canniBUS...a double decker bus i would start in amsterdam...filled with all kinds of goodies...but that's completely different than the island. the canniBUS might be a way for me to make money before i went to the island.

If you are living in the middle of nowhere and have a generator, what were you intending on running it on, unless you are sitting on top of a petroleum reserve and build a refinery in your backyard. Given the necessary staffing, that really kills the whole getting away from it all notion, not to mention the environmental nightmare you just created in paradise. Could be fun being the newest OPEC nation, though.

well just got out of jail <evil grin> but i still hold the same hopes for my island. i need a lot of money...dont we all. in answer to your question wolf solar power would be best. that way, i can store energy. of coure, i will have a sail boat, just in case. while im still living in this pathetic excuse for a country i will have to make money to succeed. but im just a stoner....speaking of....
