So what do you all do here?

Besides make boring threads? :p

We used to have conversation. Now It seems that we are haveing to defend our selfs from a bunch of immature brats, that seem to have forgetten or never learned how to act in public.

The Cellar has members ranging in age from middle teens to 70 plus. The one thing we all have in commen, is we enjoy intelengent conversation.

If the AG'ers want to be stupid they can start there own forum and leave us alone. If you want to stay and play nice, leave AG at the door.

@jocher FUCK OFF AND DIE!!!

Fair question. Here's one back atcha.

What are you doing here, besides being insulting and juvenile? Do you usually walk into a restaurant and piss all over the floor?

...which could only be from a Webster's/Oxford dictionary, both of which also list "ain't", "y'all", and "podcast" as recognized, proper English.

...okay, so "podcast" is only in Oxford...

If they list "spelt", then we're soon going to see a new entry for "ax":

ax5 v. to pose a question

You folks were oohing and ahhing about Jochser before s/he it ever arrived. I googled the user name and was interested to discover that Jochser has been banned on a number of boards. The Cellar is only the latest of many.

It seems like every time things settle down a little and folks become more accepting of you, another one of the former AG members has to shoot the dead horse again.

You guys mostly sit up here in home base - not you, Steve - you seem to have branched out - and cackle with one another about the "ancients." UT resurrected the "Cellar Field of 64" thread just for you guys, and the last time I looked, not a single newbie who originally was on AG has bothered to participate in it.

Flint and you make all these remarks about "fear of change," but what you fail to see is that this fear seems to be working both ways here.

Yes, we have criteria. We are not interested in being spammed by someone who posts in nothing but obscenities. None of us here is so prissy or sheletered that we don't use the occasional "fuck" or "cunt" or LJ's infamous "cock," but we do have other words in our vocabularies.

Sorry if this offends you.
