Mari was a Drama Queen...Mari has been banned. I know that *I've* certainly posted plenty of my own personal drama here in the past, be it having a brain damaged kid, dodgy finances, sucky jobs or my Pagan morality, but for some reason, it doesn't seem to offend in quite the same way as Mari. That's cool by me, as I don't wish to be banned for sharing my tawdry life experiences, but...what about the rest of you? Don't we all have Drama Queen moments, subjects that we *could* rant on about if we just needed to suck up for attention?

That's what this thread is for. Play out your tales of victimization, tell us about those times when the world failed to realize that your needs were paramount in the grand scheme of things. Cry on our shoulders when the chips are down. When nobody loves you and everybody hates you...this is where you come to eat the worms. And make it *good*. Nobody likes a half-assed Drama Queen.

And, for the record, Mari's stuff never bothered me the way it bothers so many others...but them I'm a softie.

She isn't actually all that. I think the people reacting to her are full of drama themselves. That's the crux of the matter. People like to throw fuel on the fire and then cry foul when it burns them. .......seen it all before! :zzz:

probably not what you are whaaating about but.....I equate it with flints post. Of which I think flint is doing a parody of that one car insurance commercial where the normal person tells what happened then the 'star' gets a turn translating it to mucky muck.

"Drama Queen" is a generic term, and not intended to be sexist. Men can be Drama Queens as well. Especially if they dress in ladies clothing.

I don't know... I think she got banned for making it personal, or for retaliating when someone made it personal to her. Not sure.
I agree with one thing, Made no sense to me to be concerned enough about the "validity" of her stuff to really worry about it.
