Smartdraw is a flowchart program which I just ordered for work. We can make diagrams, floor plans, timelines, etc.

Google Docs & Spreadsheets is free! and seems awesome. Finally, an easy to use web-based collaboration tool.

Anyone use these?

Google will be sentient in 5, 4, 3, 2, *blip* nothing to see here move on.

When I saw the web-based collaboration tool, I wondered how private it is. How much of the information you enter is archived in Google's memory? What happens to proprietary information you're organizing?

Don't let my paranoia rain on your parade.....just wondering? :unsure:

Where is the data stored - locally on the PC or with Google? If it's with Google, what kind of security is used to protect the transmission and storage?
