Shoppers Unite: Ratings & Reviews

I love shopping over the 'Net; can be dangerous, but sometimes I'm willing to pay those s&h charges to save hours of legwork slogging through stores (see title).

Anyway, I just wanted to say that I find consumer reviews extremely helpful. On the other hand, transaction ratings I never bother with, except for ebay.

So, people, review that stuff you buy--even, or even especially, after the fact. For example, I reviewed today a pair of shoes I had to discard after about 5 months use because a whole bunch of stuff wore out. $90 shoes, I might add, which should have lasted longer.

good shoes or silly shoes?

(it's my opinion that shoes intended for support and protection and worn regularly are better bought cheap and replaced often, they just need to provide the correct shaped support).

They were "maryjane" type shoes intended for work. I'm just happy to find ANY shoes that fit, cheap or expensive, not an easy task with my duck feet.
