MomWolf is in the Hospital Again
 

My mother is being admitted to the hospital for Congestive Heart Failure.

After spending the night at the ER (we got there around 8:30P) she sent me home, I left there around 6:45 A, I think.

I just got home.

At this point she is stable, but still in a bed in the ER, awaiting discharges so she can be sent upstairs to the Cardiac Telemetry floor.

Hopefully she will be in a real room soon.

My sister is driving down from Rhode Island. If she follows her original plans (she was coming home for her birthday) she should be here around 3:00 P.

One bright spot of the whole experience was that when I saw the EMT and Paramedic jogging down the hallway, I recognized one of them ... he's one of my own crew, who is now running 911 calls for the local squad here. He treated MomWolf like the queen that she is, which made a bad experience a lot better for her.

I need to get some sleep.
