Utah wildfire
 

Here a pic I took of a wildfire in Springville, Utah a couple nights ago:

They even used the last one listed there (P7010085.jpg) on the front page of the Salt Lake Tribune today! Hot diggety! Sorry, it was a big moment for me.

Thanks for the compliments... I was walking around with a big, dumb grin on my face all day after seeing that on the front page. I'm actually just a beginner in photography, but of course I didn't share that little fact with the folks at the Tribune. Hehe.

There are at least a half dozen different guys listed in the white pages in the USA with that spelling of your name.

It's your brand. Protect it.

That's actually a good idea. I've considered it before, but never acted on it because I didn't have anything I actually wanted to put on the domain, but now I guess I do. Nice thinking, Nic.

Great pics Alan! I like the one selected for the paper and P7010031. They both look like you're at the edge of a volcano.

I still haven't developed my pics from the beach in June, but I hope my pics of the NJ fire turn out.
