Facebook weird problem
 

I am having a really weird problem and I don’t know how to fix it. Don’t know if it’s a virus or some kind of software bug. Whenever I upload a photo on Facebook (using simple uploader; my computer doesn’t like their Java app), after it’s done, everything I type in on Firefox is backwards! Other apps including IE are fine. The only way I can get it to stop is re-booting. I had to type this in Word and paste it over. Any ideas?

There's a Java app that does that. Maybe you've got that on your machine somehow and that's why it doesn't like the facebook Java app? Uploading to facebook may be triggering that app?

I think the main problem is having a facebook account while over the age of 15. but that's just me. ;)

I deleted mine - the one I was using to "oversee" my kids with.

I logged into my Facebook yestereday, and it came up in Dutch. Took me forever to figure out how to get it back to English. In fact, I had to look up the translation for the word "Language" first so I'd know it when I saw it.

How the fuck does *that* kinda weirdness happen?

I miss the facebook of old, specifically the 2004 version. Simple, straightforward to navigate, much more stable, no obnoxious news feed or applications, and only college students (.edu email was required for sign up). Now its a bloated mess that a great majority of the regular users are not happy with, and given its past actions, also are suspicious of the site.
