I fucking can't god damn stand Army IT and Army IT people. I leave for the night, come back from my hooch and I can't access my fucking PST files??? I don't have permision to access my own god damn files???? What the FUCK!

Sounds like it follows corporate IT, where not being able to access my own shit is a given... seamless transition. :haha:

IT anywhere seems to go downhill fast, following the pattern of any technology. Once someone has come up with a good idea/product there soon are scores of people making it cheaper and worse, marketing it to clueless executives.

Yea, I'm over it now, in reflecting a little, I am amazed at the change in how we are able to do buisness compared to the 80's when I first joined.

I don't thinks it's about cheaper or worse or marketing with this IT thing, I think it's more like quality workmanship. Too many drones that can only do a few preprogrammed steps on a flow chart of action without too much analysis and free thinking.

If the civilian sector is the same, I don't think I'll make a good transition Bruce.

Why would you hate theim and Army IT so much? They are only 5 years behind the rest of the world at any given moment.

Just remember that they're part of the family, Uncle Sam and Cousin IT. :rolleyes:
