I think one dwellar sent another dwellar a naked picture of themselves and is warning the recipient that they might have a heart attack when they see it.

On this occasion anonymous was me, but I cannot lay claim to all the anonymous postings!

I'd speculated wrongly that this thread meant that SG had sent a package to Sarge (the idea of pics being part of the package hadn't even crossed my mind) as a way of cheering him up. As you can see, my deduction skills need quite a lot of development.
