Focus? You mean bofus?

I know, I am also not especially thrilled with the inaccessibility of nouns when I need them.

What a relief. I thought I was going senile.

[non-serious question] And the difference between this and ADD is? (just thinking of Zen's [old?] usertitle.

It is like the world comes out of focus. I feel a great sense of loss from it, for my ability to concentrate was very good.

Gray unnoticeable blandness. The pain of loss comes from trying to focus and not seeing what you once did.

That's how I get by the end of Winter. And that's how this Spring has started for me too, but I started walking outside again to see if I can overcome that.

Depression is a very serious thing; and something I know very well.
I have a hard time focusing, and keeping my thoughts straight at times, and the medications I take for various mental issues do not always work properly...

Perhaps, I can help though. Have you tried meditation??? I do that and yoga to try and find my 'happy place.' Perhaps, give a try - no??
Let me know if it works for you!!!

All the best - Pam.

Seriously, I'm there with ya. It's exhausting sometimes when I'm actually trying to accomplish something, and have to struggle constantly to not lose track of what it is I'm trying to do.

Smart-assery aside, I feel ya.

That's a pretty good description.
