Be My Friend on FB?

This person asked to be my friend on Face Book. I do not know her. What do you think about her website?? Here is a glimpse, more at the link:

LadyRaven broke ground as one of the first psychics to merge the internet with the psychic world!! Lady Raven , had an early childhood that was rather abusive and difficult to imagine. Due to her mother's severe mental illness and her father's bout with alcoholism, she was placed in an orphanage at the tender age of 5 for her physical safety. Due to extreme trauma, Lady Raven had her first near death experience at the age of 3. Since then, she has crossed over 4 additional times; and with each experience, she grew in her understanding as to why she had to return to her life on this earth plane.

A few years later, assorted medical professionals were puzzled because Lady Raven would not talk to communicate, but at age 7, she finally spoke her first word. The doctors concluded that she was far too advanced for her age, and the final specialist to see Lady Raven agreed that she was very different indeed. He explained that she was "an old soul in a young body". Little did they know that Lady Raven was indeed talking, but only to spiritual beings and animals, not humans. Lady Raven felt the pull to study the tarot at the ripe old age of 7. At that time, many adults didn't understand tarot, and at such an early age, one would think she wasn't able to understand them either, but she did. Her spirit guide"Seraja"drew her to them, and she has since become a tarot master. At the age of 9, she began to use her gifts in an extraordinary way. She approached a wild wolf and began talking to him while stroking his fur. The ones that witnessed this event were so shocked, they nearly had a fatal heart attack. She received the Choctaw name "Hopoksia Alla Hosh Nashoba" meaning "wise child speaks with wolves!" The chief explained that this was an important gift and that she could heal as well as speak with animals.

Lady Raven became a Shaman at age 33. She has been continually sharing her gift of healing ever since. She has been called on by many others, especially rehabbers, to assist in communicating with wild animals. She also takes injured animals in for healing, and then releases them back into the wild.

This person wants to friend me because she breeds Chihuahuas.

morethanpretty 04-28-2011 02:03 PM

Hm, I'd research her breeding as much as possibly, see if she's the type of breeder you think might be useful to know....she sounds like a whack job though. I don't think even her being a decent breeder would be enough for me to want to add her.

Nirvana 04-28-2011 02:09 PM

Umm her breeding is strictly for profit. We have nothing in common there. I just think crazy seems to be everywhere ;)

Due to her mother's severe mental illness and her father's bout with alcoholism -- both of which are inheritable -- LadyRaven had an early childhood that was rather abusive and difficult to imagine. As a result, LadyRaven became sullen and uncommunicative as a pre-adolescent, in an attempt to manage uncontrollable emotions and feelings of helplessness that came from this early trauma.

Facing developmental issues into her teens, she found herself completely unable to have relationships of any kind with other people. Instead of continuing to face further emotional devastation, she focused entirely on animals, and made emotional if not fantasy connections with them that she could not find in peers.

A lifestyle focused on helping and improving animals is her best outcome. However, in order for this to take place, she MUST be made to understand that proper veterinary care is included in the process she calls "healing". If she has that understanding, she may be fine; if not, all may be lost.

Personally I think she has a twisted sense of humour and her profile seriously cracked me up.
I'd welcome her on the Cellar, she obviously has a big personality.

Invite her here instead of FB-friending her.
We can always ban her after all :)

Disclaimer: I don't FaceBook, so perhaps I'm the one you want to watch.

never friend anyone on facebook that you wouldn't want to have dinner with at your house.

That's my professional opinion.

Tulip 04-28-2011 04:51 PM

I've added a couple people to facebook just to get neighbors for Ravenwood Fair. So far they haven't done anything but send me Vitalins.
