World of Tanks
 

I've just starte don World of Tanks, a downloadable, free to play *, multiplayer tank battle game. It's been around a while but I just got around to checking it out, very good.

*It's free to download and play and you can work your way up the upgrade trees of equipment and vehicles by gaining credits by taking part in battles, you get more if your side wins, but some even if you lose, but there is plenty of opportunity, even encouragement to spend real money to boost your self quicker. i.e. tanks fire a basic shell, there is an armor piercing shell that can only be bought with money, not earned in the game.


At the basic free level I'm finding it fun and addictive, I haven't seen it mentioned on here, don't know if anyone else has tried it.
