I haven't heard from her in a while and was getting sort of concerned..

She's doin' okay.

In recovery (of a kind) from her last bout of (bad) employment, and, dealing with some familial stuff.

Mostly: she's reacquainting herself with her 'self'.

Classic, yeah, got a couple somethings in mind... need to dig 'em out again, they're on newsprint and someplace in the bedroom I have to dig down to after we had fix-uppers and plumbers and carpet men in to deal with flooding from the unit above us. We're still not sorted yet, clothes in funny places, all disorg'd.
