Coolest Man in America

Brian Holloway lives most of the time in Florida, but has a home in Upstate New York. He's a retired NFL player.

So his home in NY is vacant, and some kids decide to hold a party in it, without his permission. Pretty soon, about THREE hundred teens are wildly partying and wind up tearing the house interior, to shreds - urinating all over, spray painting, spilling drinks, breaking up the furniture.

Damage is extensive: $20,000 to $40,000 area.

The kids, not only spray painted their names all over the walls, but then they took pics and posted them on facebook, etc. So it's obvious who was wrecking the place.

Brian is VERY cool about it. Says he won't involve the police or press for civil damages, if the kids and their parents come out and help clean up the mess, etc.

Only ONE kid showed up to work on the clean up.

Now the parents are threatening to sue Brian because he posted the names of the kids who have been ID'd by the pics that the kids posted, etc.

Brian started out being amazingly cool about this, but that may change - may be forced to change - by the legal action against him.

85% of all problems are directly traceable to top management. This incident is just another example of what should be obvious to everyone.

Obviously, charges should be brought against Brian for contributing to the delinquency of minors by providing a vacant house as temptation for evil doings. I'm sure the parents of the children would agree.

For Shame.

I would love to see the look on the attorney's and judge's faces when they're first hearing the facts of this case.

What? What? WTF is wrong with you and your kids!?? :3_eyes:

It's possible.

It's called an Attractive Nuisance.

I've dated more than one over the years--not worth the trouble--but that's only obvious in hindsight.

On movies and tv, there's always a housekeeper keeping the place up. Maybe that's why.
