good luck finding someone to complain about a drum circle happening at the Folk Fest. I got my drum at the folk fest for my 21st Birthday. 1991. Where the fuck did that thing get to, i wonder.

yeah no. 2am Friday night from my report three years ago (video is mislabeled Thursday night). Can you hear any drums?

If you give them money, they often misunderstand and play louder because they think you're a fan. Not an option. I had a bad experience this one time in Toronto involving drunken Ontario policemen.
