I decided to do a separate thread so I could show you all my photos. The camera thread will continue being about actual camera stuff, though :)

I read something from a national geographic photographer that said to take your camera off multi-shot. It makes you think about the shot more. You are more careful about what pictures you take. I decided to go with this today when I was hiking and ended up with a lot of good shots. I like this method. The only time it failed was when I was trying to get a good picture of a heron.

Hiking photos. It was hard to narrow them down this time

The bird in the second photo flew into the shot.

I didn't know there were ants on the flower in the first picture. I think it turned out well.

I didn't even see the ants :) I tried to get more, but they climbed into the flower

There is a way to do that.

First, upload the images
Next, hit the little down arrow on the paperclip button
Then select the image you want to imbed
Post a comment below it
Lather rinse repeat

I have no clue. I'm gonna go back next week and see if they bloomed. I hope I can find them again....
