The image of a Boy Scout uniform on a plane is hilarious to me. Like a guy in a pilot's uniform on a hike.

We didn't make everybody wear our Class A uniforms on the plane. We *did* have our trip t-shirts produced and distributed before the trip, that's what we wore.

Evidently nobody has ever ridden a bike whiles't wearing a pilots uniform, and been photographed doing it. I just google searched it and got pilots uniform stories.

There are a few pics of bicycling pilots, but, you're right, not many.

Perhaps because most of them feel the need for speed.

I think they were all on multi-speed bikes, now that you mention it.
