Ed wondered why I don't come to the cellar anymore, so I thought I'd stop in any say hello.

There's really no reason. Life is busy and things just change I guess. A lot of you see me on FB though. I'm on it a lot. I run my business via FB mostly too, although these days, I get a lot of word of mouth orders. In case anyone's interested, here's my business page.

I spend most of my time working on that and doing stuff with the kids.

My marriage is still separated. We are good though. Co parenting and all that. We even take family holidays together. I guess I did marry my best friend. We just don't like living together. That's the way it goes sometimes.

Hello.

I'm actually more than ok. I'm probably the most content I've ever been in my life. The cellar was a bit of a crutch for me and enabled a lot of my weaker emotions I think (in the spirit of complete honesty). But then, I needed the companionship and sounding boards that coming here was for me. It was the politics that drew me in, but it was the people that kept me coming back. I was lonely and depressed during the time I relied on this place the most. I had to find my mojo eventually though, and who knew I would have found it at the bottom of a cake tin. :) Lucky me. There are far worse fates.

Giving it a good hard go. I had a record week last week. Over $3k turnover. Pretty soon I'll be able to pay the bills. haha

Our oldest girl died last year, so down to two, and one of them keeps disappearing. They are allowed out in the yard these days because generally they don't go anywhere, but my old boy shadow is losing his marbles a bit and I think he goes out and forgets how to come home again. He's 15 so getting a bit long in the tooth. I've become a little bit fatalistic about his absences. It's always a nice surprise when he shows up again and hangs around for a few days.

Note to self: Pets. She's talking about pets. Still important, but not actual children.
