Dana's Alive
 

Dana's birthday was last Sunday the 23rd and it's very unlike her to not acknowledge a card. I sent a couple emails but no response until tonight. It seems those storms that kept Carruthers neighbor from getting home and stranded Limey away from home, blew down a tower and killed Dana's internet for a week.
I was relieved to hear she is OK. :thumb:

Thanks for checking in on her! Wasn't worried, but now I get to be relieved anyway. Best of both worlds.

I just figured she was up to her flotation devices in storm damage insurance claims processing.

Bit of both really sexobon :P It has been a bit mad at work.

I've also been helping Mum - she had surgery 1st feb (gall bladder removed) so I took a week off work to stay at hers, then did a week part time, and helping in the morning and aft and then back to full time, but still helping out either end of the day.

In middle of this my internet went down and a mobile mast was down as well, so had no mobile signal either. They got the internet working after a little over a week, it was fine for a couple of days - then went down again and now it's back again.

Mobile signal still patchy as hell.

For the record, I had a lovely birthday chilling out with the Carrot - Mum was able to do little dog walks with Nelle by then and didn't need anything else doing that day, so I was able to have a complete day off :)

I'm glad ti see that you are alive and well.
