Yeah baby, It's July 2'nd.

I live for thanksgiving, the smells, the gorging...never leaving my couch, setting up the xmas tree, football!!

But equally favorite is the 4'th!! Watch a parade from my front yard, hang out, cook out, drink beer.

Then we move to mid-yard, cook, drink, watch fire, hang out.

At the end of the day we move to the back yard. Watch fireworks, drink, chat, hang out, fight mosquitos, what a perfect day!

Can I ask at what point does execise or nutrition enter into this equation? Oh,damn. Sorry.I know you hit it so hard during the week that you've got to give your body a break on the weekends.
