Symmetry
 

The idea behind this is quite simple. Basically all you do is slice the picture in half vertically (marquee tool - then copy the selection), flip the slice horizontally (edit - transform - horizontal), and make a mirror image (move tool). Try doing both left + right sides to see what happens. Straight on head shots are good for this, but not necessary.

Well I can't really speak on the baldness thing since the years haven't been kind to my hairline either but I will say, grass doesn't grow on a playground!

And I don't see a Jesus in the shirt NBN, looks more like an alien to me. :alien:
