The bravest toll station in the world
1 Attachment(s)
A tank getting through a toll station and paying for it
|
If that's not a picture that oozes humility, I don't know what is. Kudos!
|
Yeah, I'd let 'em pass even if they didn't want to pay the toll.

Practicing society norms even when not necessarily mandated to do so.

That is probably one of the few toll plazas in the world that that tank could fit though.
It would be a bit snug on the PA turnpike. Imagine if he were in the easy pass lane ... he could take out at least two, possibly three booths at once. |
Not to mention what it could do to the average asphalt or even concrete roadway ... and probably would shake the standard toll booth to pieces as it rumbled by...no idea what kind of tank it is but a standard weight M1A2 weighs somewhere around 68 tons. This one doesn't look like an M1 ... any ideas?

must be UK
If they are paying a toll to a tollboth on the right hand side, it must be in a country that drives on the left. The position of the parked cars is consistent.
Or.... It's a photoshop. |
Japan or Aussie, also. Then again, if your driving that tank, you can drive on any damn side you want. :D
|
Just have to ask...
That's a Challenger 2, british army's main battle tank. By the way, you can clearly recognize the specific british camouflage, the bad weather, the uniform of the girl at the pollstation an the plates of the car on the right. Weight : 62tons |
Maybe to you, Pi. We foreigners aren't familiar with those things.
|
That's why I told you just to ask, and actually I only visited England twice... I call it professional deformation, always checking all the little details. ;)
