5/21/2005: Thinker and smoker

A pensive one today, for the weekend. xoB sent along a set of Philly images and noted that this one was probably the IotD out of em. The smoker is seated in front of the Rodin museum. Have a nice weekend.

I found a small group of pictures, of which this was one, that a tourist posted from their trip to Philadelphia. I find it interesting to see what impressions(pictures) people take away from the city, or at least which ones they care enough about to post online.
The anti-smoking Nazis could have a field day with this particular shot. :lol:

My city just passed an ordinance to disallow smoking in bars (already outlawed smoking in restaurants years ago...) There was a ton of negative publicity leading up to the vote, but no real outrage once it actually passed. Everyone just sort of threw up their hands.

Looks like cameras are forbidden in Philly too.. why would a tourist hide behind a tree to take that picture? :p

That's because smokers are, you know, raging, psychotic addicts.

The title of this thread makes me think of Gollum...
