Ours aren't, not yet. One of the local IHOPs has stolen a march on the local Denny's -- patio's open.
I'm chafing now at Sacramento's keeping businesses completely shut
anywhere while, nationally, contagion's downtrending -- as is California's contagion. The workarounds our Democratic Governor Newsom has imposed on things like churches can't go on, and the crushing of restaurants, hairdressers and, say, Disneyland is little short of cruel.
