AI assistant interfaces like Amazon Echo are certainly available in Lahore, Pakistan and Alexa draws upon internet sources to answer questions (reply) often even specifying the source. People who want to communicate in secondary languages always could similarly use search engines to find phrases in those languages for use as forum replies. Nowadays; however, they may be better received by others already adjusted to the methodology via their own AI assistants.
Just sayin' it's within the realm of possibility.
