Hearing finds that the Home Office is correct to refuse asylum but get this an Immigration Appellete Authority states its against the European Convension on Human rights to send them back.

Yea come to the uk lawyers,social workers and assorted do-gooders are there to help to scam the system all paid for by the good old taxpayer.
