Hahahahaha. For <b>Two Faced Tanner</b>, I tried it once and after I tapped him had 4 stars immediately. I was like "this is fuckin' nuts", so I loaded my save game, drove over to the area, got out, readied the bazooka, stood in the circle... he comes running out, drives off and BAM!
