I suppose in the right light it looks like a gent holding his trench coat open to reveal his shortcomings.
Public art projects like that typically annoy me.
I didn't realize the Brits had that problem too.
(the last such thing I actually thought was cool was Picasso's monkey in Chicago, but then, hey, it's Picasso)
