Southbound I-95, just south of Philadelphia, according to the TV news, some sort of truck wiped out two of the big overhead signs. Now these signs are mounted on a "sign bridge" that straddles all 5 southbound lanes and must be 18 ft in the air. Just before them, 95 goes under Stewart ave with a normal 16ft clearance, so the "truck" got on at Stewart with a really high load or something magical happened.
The only other thing I could think of is a dump truck, maybe a salt truck, tilted the bed up while he was moving. oops.
