Jet Is an Open Secret in Terror War by Dana Priest. Why would the George Jr administration suddenly decide torture was not valid. After all, they could declare how many "Orange" alerts based upon what was obtained from torture. Notice how many domestic terrorist attacks were even attempted - zero.
