Mostly the impossibility of peeling them. And the fact that they don't defrost as much as they
melt. Once a banana has been frozen, it can never be thawed into a normal banana again. Try putting one of your frozen bananas in the sink and watching it thaw--you'll end up with an almost empty peel and a ton of liquid.
