July 1st was sound check day in Philly.
Hot and humid then violent thunderstorms with record lightning.
There are two fountains that look like mexican hats across the street from the Art Museum steps that Rocky made famous and where the stage is set up. You can see people hiding under the fountain overhangs during the lightning storm. Hardly safe to say the least.
