I ended up going
here. (You can thank me for linking you past the obnoxious flash intro on their home page.) It was an accidental find in the weekend listings of the Inquirer. They've been open just less than 2 months. I enjoyed it quite a bit. The crowd was small (probably 50 or so) but mostly enthusiastic. (Let's just say there's a reason the MC is the MC.) I was waiting for one of the comics to bust on me for being literally the only person there alone, but it didn't happen. I guess the stage lights were too bright and they didn't notice.
EDIT: I am now in danger of being permanently blind after coming home to the sight of my father watching Mulholland Drive. "It's kind of weird," he said.
