In fact, I personally witnessed the way in which the Republican controlled precincts of my town handled those who had registered as Democrat in the last presidential election. They "lost" all our voter registration records. When I went to vote, my name was not on the list of registered voters. This, despite the fact that I have been on the voter registration lists in this county for 10 years. I was sent to stand in line with 6 or 7 other people - ALL registered Democrats whose names for some mysterious reason had not shown up on the voter registration list. We had a very LONG wait to cast our provisional ballots and discussed the subject at length. One precinct in one county in one state. Just my personal experience.
